Channel Partners is the largest telecom conference and trade show in the world. Prince Rich, the CEO of Rich Technology recently visited Las Vegas to attend this conference. While networking there, Rich Technology Group got the opportunity to interview and gain a lot of valuable output from field-related high-end people.

Difference between VOIP Supply and Amazon

VoIP Supply’s warranties mimic a lot of the manufacturer warranties which are one year. Our return policy is usually 30 days if it is new and not used. We do make some exceptions depending upon the customer, situation, and similar stuff.

However typically, it is the same one-year manufacture warranty. As far as the support goes, that is one thing that sets VOIP Supply apart from a lot of our competitors.
