Zoom Reacts to Our Video on NOT Recommending Zoom Phone
Considering this as their ultimate priority, Rich Technology Group created a YouTube video titled “Why We Don’t Recommend Zoom Phone Anymore” that explains Zoom’s unsatisfactory customer support, negligence to different clients, long delays in providing time quotes, and more.
Rich Technology Group has received an official response from Zoom regarding that video and blog. As that video has revolved around Zoom’s internal management, they have conducted two virtual meetings with us explaining the situation and have thoroughly analyzed the issues at their end.
In the meetings, Rich Technology Group talked to Zoom’s Chief Revenue Officer Mr.
Ryan Azus has explained the bad service at Zoom. Issues like subpar follow-up with clients and retailers, not getting a price quote depending upon specific business scenarios and other things were discussed in the meeting.
As Rich Technology Group used to send pre-qualified leads to Zoom by conducting their business synopsis, it expected a quick response and effective work from Zoom to close the lead. However, Zoom used to interact directly with the clients that turned our screening and pre-qualification redundant.
Ultimately, Rich Technology Group’s rough experience with Zoom was discussed in the meeting. The CRO at Zoom seemed really concerned about the points mentioned. The thing that really shocked us was their listening attitude towards the problem as they seemed really serious regarding the changes necessary to make us feel comfortable recommending Zoom again.
A month ago we did a video about why we wouldn’t be recommending Zoom Phone until further notice. Here’s the response we recieved from Zoom HQ!
Rich Technology Groups expects Zoom to deliver the results that were originally promised. Currently, we are still in the process of analyzing these concerns. Therefore, we still have not started to recommend Zoom quite yet as we are still waiting for them to get back to us with the final solution.
